My Action Alert

Alert! Alert! If PETA can put out their action alerts, then so can I. Recently, PETA has put out an action alert on the Kripalu Center in Lenox Massachusetts. The Kripalu Center is one of the largest yoga retreats in the country, and they have apparently angered the PETA brass by adding meat and poultry to their menu(originally, it was an all-vegetarian diet). This new and highly cultured move was the result of a new director at the Kripalu Center who goes by the name of Dinabandhu (which means Dines on the Living Carcasses of Kodiak Bears in Hindu). It's time to back off PETA.....you don't want to mess with a man who only goes by one name.


Good 'ol Dinabandhu (dina for short now) has started serving DEAD chicken and fish. Wow, thanks for the clarification PETA. If you wouldn't have put the dead in there, I would have assumed he was just plucking the chickens from the farm and putting the fork and knife into the body right then and there. If Dina was dining on living animals then I would be with you PETA. On second thought, the guy with the one name dining on living animals....you'd still be on your own.


"Kripalu means “compassion,” but there is nothing compassionate about serving the bodies of tortured animals as food. " Now this is what I love about PETA. They're ability to choose words that conjur up horrific images in the human conscience. They remind me of another group that used to do stuff like that....what were they called? Oh Right! The Nazi's.


Then PETA keeps on rambling about how "they go against yogic tradition".

Yoga Principles


If you read those, you'll see one of the principles is "acceptance". So PETA, by not accepting them, you are going against a basic yogic principle. Yeah...in the infamous words of Ben Affleck....How Do Ya Like Them Apples?


PETA then urges you to "politely tell the Kripalu Center to go Vegan" and they give you this contact info.

Meat....The Vicious, Malicious, but oh so Delicious Killer

So PETA and the goveg.com website have decided to hit hard with the 'ol "Meat Kills" scenario.Ooooh, like we've never heard that one before you vegan bastards. A "brand new amazing" medical study tells us that eating animal products impairs the hearts ability to do it's job, due to the fact that meat and dairy products are high in cholesterol and fat. Basically, the cholestrol builds up and chokes are arteries. No Way! Thanks for the update PETA, I thought that the hamburgers I bought at McDonalds cleaned out my arteries. Of course the cholestrol is gonna build up if you just eat Fast Food all the time and don't excercise.....that's how people become fat. Funny how when you eat a balanced diet and excercise regularly your heart stays healthy.


Don't you guys remember Jared from Subway? Yes, the Fat Guy who ate Subway and lost weight.....doesn't Subway have meat in their subs? They have one vegetarian sub to the rest of their meat included subs. So by eating these subs, he lowered his weight, along with his cholesterol....interesting.


"I don't understand why asking people to eat a well-balanced diet is considered drastic...", quote from Dean Ornish M.D. (major dickhead). Really? Well, how about if I asked your highly paid Dr. Ass to receive as much pay as the janitor in your hospital? You'd probably consider that to be a little drastic wouldn't ya? Wanna know why? Because that's considered communism, and people have gone to pretty drastic measures over communism.


Then comes the Tell-Tale sings of heart disease Impotence, swollen feet and ankles, and shortness of breath. Hmm, Impotence and shortness and breath....I coulda sworn that's also a tell tale sign that your a smoker..................................................

"Studies show that people who experience frequent heart attacks often have high cholesterol levels; many also smoke or have high blood pressure."

Hey! There it is..."many also smoke"........your right, it must be the meat, not the 34 000 toxins you inhale with each drag off the cigarette.

PETA and goveg.com forget one thing that you lose when you do go vegetarian. By excluding dairy, meat, and poultry you can become defficient in Vitamin B12. Now lets break down what good 'ol Vitamin B12 does.......Vitamin B12 is important for nerve transmission and necessary for life. What? You didn't hear that...okay, I'll repeat it. Vitamin B12 is important for nerve transmission AND NECESSARY FOR LIFE.


You can also become deficient in Calcium. Which is important for strong bones...which is why vegetarians constantly get their asses kicked. Seriously, when's the last time you say Lenny Lettuce take out Tony T-Bone?


You'll also have low levels of iron (which you need for your blood, which is what the heart pumps), and low levels of zinc. Now zinc helps your immunity and healing, which is why Lenny Lettuce doesn't recover from his injuries that quick.

So that leaves one solution...eat a balanced diet, one that includes meat and vegetables, with excercise. Man...I should audition for Body Break........
